Charles Marshall is a Silicon Valley native with degrees from Santa Clara University and UCLA’s Anderson Business School.

His business career spans Hewlett-Packard’s international operations to numerous founder and C-suite positions with Silicon Valley based emerging ventures involved with Financial Services and Healthcare.

His current activities include policy analysis and lobbying for initiatives supporting Transit Funding, as well as opposition efforts for Wealth Tax implementation.
